Extra salt! When my blood pressure gets lower than normal (I’m usually 100/60) my fiancé gets me some Taco Bell, or I munch on pretzels.

Blood volume increases a lot during pregnancy so extra salt is important to keep your blood salinity at a healthy level...Anytime I feel extra lightheaded salt has helped.

As mentioned before, eat smaller meals more frequently - and lightly salted things help.
Hang in there, they say the turning point for blood pressure is around 25-28 weeks. I’m 27 weeks now and have been feeling much better the last week or two. They say at this point your blood volume gets so high that your BP starts to return to normal pre-pregnancy levels.

Yep I’m always 90/60. Even with severe hellp syndrome (preeclampsia) last pregnancy I was still 90/60.

Mines so low I'm practically dead. It runs in my family, all the women have low blood pressure. My Doctors say we will live forever LoL

Mine is always low, and during pregnancy it gets worse. At my appt Friday it was 85/55

I'm CONSTANTLY snacking on salted mixed nuts.  Its the healthiest salty thing I can think of and helps keep my BP over the 70/50's.. I have an at home BP monitor so I check it if I'm feeling really terrible. I try to eat every hour though.. it's been kind of exhausting to keep up with.
