I'm someone who never considered having babies until I met my boyfriend. I knew early on that this guy was someone I wanted to start a family with. Since getting pregnant I've spent most of my free time researching pregnancy/childbirth and I've never been more inspired in my life. I'm delivering in a hospital, but if I could do it over again I would have hired a midwife and a doula. The more I research doulas the more I feel as though I've found my calling. To be a part of the most (in my opinion) transformative, empowering, magical experience of a woman's life sounds like my dream job. So I'm trying to figure out if there's a market for doulas and if it's worth investing my time in! Any feedback is appreciated 💖
