Tips anyone? *update*

How can I tell if my baby is successfully eatting from my breast? Didn't get much help from lactation support prior to discharge.
Update: to answer your questions, he does sleep for a little bit.

Wet/dirty nappies, are they actively ‘swallowing’ when at the breast and do they sleep?

Fo you here your baby swallowing? Do they seem satisfied afterwards, maybe even be asleep?

It's a must to see a LC if you're breastfeeding. It helps SO MUCH

Make an appointment with a lactation consultant. They will do a pre and post feed weight. If your baby is getting 4-6 wet diapers a day, they are fine.
