I haven't had my hair cut since my son was born 2.5 years ago and I haven't had it dyed in months.
Should I treat myself and get a hair cut or just dye it?

Woahhhh you are stunning!! From this picture your hair looks REALLY healthy and I wouldn’t change a thing! But if you feel the ends are a little dry, maybe just get an inch or two trimmed off.
