I’m a cna and work 12 hours and when I come home my feet is just sweaty and hot. I take my socks off and my feet becomes itchy really bad! To the point where I’ll turn on hot water to “burn” my feet. When I go to sleep I’ll have to leave the covers off because if so my feet becomes super itchy even on my days off. What can I do to help? I’ve used Benadryl and it don’t work.
