10 weeks after mc, no period?

I had a natural miscarriage at the end of June 10 weeks ago today and have yet to get my period back. I had my hcg levels followed back down and they’ve been back to normal for a month now. Took a test and only an indent. Everyone else I know who’s had a miscarriage had their periods return by now. Should I be worried?

I bled for over 10 weeks with my first miscarriage and didnt get my period for a longggggg time. And was told not to worry. Your body takes time to get everything built up. As long as they trended your levels down to bellow 5, and your home tests have been negative i wouldnt worry. But you can always ask your obgyn
