For the women who use them or have used them, I have a couple questions.

I use them because my body doesn’t make enough on its own, this is my fourth pregnancy with two prior miscarriages before finding out my lack of progesterone problem.

I take a 100mg suppository twice a day, do they HAVE to stay refrigerated? Being so hectic now that I have a toddler and pregnant I left out an entire mostly full box of suppositories out on the counter, literally for like 36 hrs because I just completely forgot. They didn’t melt out of the molds but are they still useable?

Another thing is the other night I put in my suppository then about 10 minutes later I missed my husband goodnight, we ended up having a very romantic make out sesh and we had sex like 15 minutes after inserting the progesterone. I usually insert the suppository after we have sex, this was the first time we didn’t, it worries me only for the thought that it somehow caused the suppository to not be as affective.

Lastly, my labor with my son was very quick, an hour tops, will all my labors be relatively quick because of my progesterone issue or could that have been just been that labor?
