Pain and bleeding during sex

I really need to know why I bleed every time I have sex

The first time I had sex he hardly penetrated me and it hurt so bad i practically screamed. We stopped straight away and noticed that I literally BLED ALL OVER HIM! It was like a HEAVY PERIOD! I continued to bled over night and had to use a liner.

The second time it kinda hurt but I pushed thro and afterwards it was very enjoyable. But then he noticed blood on the condoms and even on his shirt we had under me for extra precaution as of last time.

This afternoon we tried again, I thought this was going to be smooth sailing with no problems... this is approximately 6 weeks after our last... but it hurt very badly once again, so we decided to switch positions and again he found blood on the condom and I started dripping all over the sheets!!! I have continued to bled for approximately 5 hours and I am now wearing a liner.

We have used a condom everytime so I’m sure I don’t have an STI. I’m also on the pill

But if there is anyway I can stop this please LET ME KNOW IM DESPERATE
