8 months old have eczema, he had had it since head 2 months. I really truly need remedies on how to heal it or maintain it so he’s not scratching himself until he bleeds & leaving cuts and scars on him.

I have a dermatologist for him, we currently have hydrocortisone and muciporin, by mixing the two I apply it to his hands and around his knees (that’s where they are red and splotchy and puffy). I wouldn’t say those products are 10/10 they managed to help him momentarily before we are back to the scratching and it usually at night. I also use Vaseline, I use Cetaphil body wash & lotion, I bath him with actual Sage I find and boil myself, I use Eucerin Eczema, I also used Aloe, from a real plant and just rubbed it on him.

I alternate between these because if I use just one he gets immune and he we are up late at night with him scratching or in the middle of the day he’s scratching through his clothes, sometimes around his knees it’s get red and puffy, I just discovered a dry spot on his neck but he seems to always scratch his head.

Is there any recommendations to help? I even watch what I feed him it doesn’t seem to be anything triggered by food but something has to trigger his puffy red legs and then even with the keep him moisturized I put on sleepers/footies so he doesn’t have access to scratching & hopefully it keeps him moisturizer but he also sweats so much. I just don’t know what else to do.
