Throwing up 13 hours straight

Hey guys I'm 6 weeks pregnant and I also work at a daycare.

I know a lot of kids at the daycare just came back from having a stomach bug.

Yesterday around 4am my moms dog pooped on me and on the bed and all over the floor.

Right after the smell got me and I threw up.

I couldnt stop throwing up that day! I had to force food down my throat cause I couldnt even eat without throwing it all up.

Today I feel so nauseous and i feel like if I'm not careful I'll throw up..

Is this normal for first time pregnancies or could it be a stomach bug?
