Threatened Miscarriage.... a lot of pain

I went to the ER last night with some really bad side pain and what I thought was either a UTI or kidney stones because I couldn’t urinate. I also couldn’t poop, and I had began throwing up.

After 6-7 hours of waiting and an ultrasound, they diagnosed me with a threatened miscarriage.

7 weeks, 3 days, baby’s heart rate at 134bpm. Subchorionic hemorrhage. They told me no more vaginal insertion and take it easy till after the holiday when I can go see my OB.

They said nothing showed infection or kidney stones, so no explanation as to why I have to pee literally every 2 or 3 minutes but nothing comes out and I haven’t had a BM all day. Trying to pass one hurts. Sent husband out for some prune juice and Metamucil.

I have such a severe ache in my side and every once in a while it will radiate to different parts and I’m thinking it’s because I’m constipated. Seriously almost worse pain that labor pains.

Has anyone had a threatened miscarriage with pain like this? It’s just frustrating because the ER doctors couldn’t really explain what’s going on with my other symptoms besides that I’m having the hemorrhaging.. looking for some more insight.
