Clearblue vs. First Response

I've read on here that Clear Blue isn't very reliable. I've taken two of the blue dye tests in the past week but they were both negative....should I follow up with a pink dye? My period is due tomorrow but I don't feel any AF symptoms, and I haven't spotted at all. In the future, should I only buy pink dye tests?
