What did you do to get pregnant?

I am trying to get pregnant this will be month 10 after a miscarriage any tips of things to do or try that got you pregnant?

I used opk strips from amazon, this app and kept my legs up after we had sex each time. I miscarried twice before this pregnancy so I know what you’re going through. Positive energy sent your way!

We used opk strips, I temped my nasal body temperature and kept track of that, and used pre-seed. We did all of those things for 8 months and still hadn’t conceived. After that we included with everything the “egg meets the sperm” plan. This is where as soon as your period is over, the next day you begin having sexual every other day. Make sure you are using opks everyday to see when you are ovulating. As soon as you get a positive opk you have sex for 3 days in a row, skip a day and then have sex one more time. It sounds confusing but you can look it up online for better explanations. This was the month we conceived!! 
I believe in this method strongly because when I got pregnant my twin sister and her husband had been trying for 3 months without success. I told her to try the method like I had and that cycle she got pregnant too! You really are giving yourself the best chance possible for an egg to fertilize and implant with the amount of sex you have and knowing when you o kite thanks to the opks.

I switched my diet, more protein, veggies and increased my intake of water.  I also started taking Royal Jelly capsules as well as Maca Root along with my multivitamin. I at one point during my trials starting Seed cycling.  We were also tracking ovulation as well as BBT.  TBH I don't know what really helped because my DH and i struggled for a very long time to conceive.  Hope this helps
