Any other mamas out there working 8+ hours a day all on your feet???

This is my first pregnancy, I'm 12 weeks and a few days along. I work at Walmart so I'm on my feet for 8+ hours a day and I'm finding it a lot harder to handle it. By the end of my day I'm exhausted and my legs are sore and I just want to sit down but we aren't supposed. Any suggestions for getting through this without lessening my hours? Or any suggestions for easy fixes to help ease the pain? Anything helps. Thank you.
