My LO will be 6 weeks tomorrow, today for the first time she finished both breast. I exclusively only breastfeed. I had to switch her back & forth so she could eat whatever milk my body was making while she was on the other breast. I couldn’t tell when she was full, sometimes she’ll spit out my nipple or kind of “gag” but as soon as i stopped she opened her mouth like she’s still hungry but did the same thing again. I stopped until she spit out a little of the milk. Is there any tips or advice that can help? I honestly don’t want to add formula because I can’t get her to get full 😓 TIA
