I’m scared

I’m scared I have endometriosis, I don’t feel like I do but I’m having symptoms that are associated with it. What are some other similar symptoms that you could have that are endometriosis?

I had a pelvic exam and had no issues, everything came normal. And I know that you need to have surgery in order to find out endometriosis but I’m just really scared :(
