Painful baby movement

Anyone get painful baby movement? 38+3 and each night the baby moves so much which is uncomfortable but the worst part is the sharp pain on my cervix! It’s like the babies head is twisting and pushing down on it. It lasts a couple of seconds each time but the whole ordeal takes a couple of hours to calm down. Anyone else get this? I wonder if I am getting closer to labour?
