How much weight have you gained on Contraception?

I've been on Depo for a week.
In two day's I gained 1stone! My weight is slowly getting higher and I'm quite shook!
So just wondering other people's experience's

Depo is the only method directly causes weight gain (and a lot of other issues). Don’t mean to scare you but a lot of people hate the shot for a reason. I’ve heard multiple women say it made them gain 30-60 pounds in 6 months, even with healthy diet and exercise. Sometimes people get one shot and gain a significant amount of weight. You can always discuss your concerns or other methods with your doctor.

I had the Nexplanon implant and I usually weigh 117-120. I got up to 139. It was crazy. I had to get it removed bc I was on my period for almost a year straight
