Where the heck is my period? Am i pregnant?

Alright i had my period july 22nd to july 28th. I was suppose to get it 11 days ago according to this app and it still hasn't come. I have irregular periods that range from 23 to 46 days the two years i have been tracking but i am on day 45 now. My normal symptoms are sore boobs, acne and my legs hurting and slight cramps. I have had all that except sore boobs. They are kinda sore but not like normal. My husband and i last had sex on the 3rd, 14th and 21st of august using the pull out which i know isnt safe sex. We arent really trying but arent preventing. I have taken about 5 test and they all come back negative. This last one i took this morning with FMU. Also last month right after my period i got a uti. The azo strips said i had one and the dr said i had some bacteria and put me on antibiotics and they did a pregnancy test also.
