Bacteria vaginosis

So, i have/had bacterial vaginosis. I took it for seven days. (They gave me a five day thing but there was more gel than 5 of the applicators could fit. Had extra applicators i did not use from a yeast infection i had once. Clean and new. Used those for last two days) now, i have no more itching or anything. However i do have some little discharge that is getting out. Very little like very very little. (Most of it came out in first 3 days) Am i clear? Can i have sex or not? I have not done anything is so long so it sucks :/ i am all done with the medicine so can i?
