Can you guys see a difference...?

And be brutally honest.... I have no numbers to give you as I didn’t weight myself before starting to eat right and exercise. This is... how I started on Aug 21st....

Then I took another picture on Aug 27....

And here I am last night....

So you guys notice a difference? If so, what is noticeable? It’s okay, be honest- I ate a lot over the last few years and I’m suffering the consequences of having to work hard to get back in shape. I just wanted some feedback. All I’ve been doing is watching what I’m eating- no breads really, no pastas, just lots of salads and turkey and chicken..... drinking more water..... drinking the Apple Cider Vinegar and I’m doing squats on the bleachers by my house.

..... I can’t believe how much better in general I feel. Eating healthy makes such a difference.
