How are you sleeping? How long? Where do you sleep?

Had my little girl aug 14th. Still sleep deprived 😭 and honestly to the point where yesterday my whole body was aching. It’s rough. Considering she has some good days and some bad days of sleeping either enough or not enough. Hoping to get her on a better schedule sooner than later 😭

The first 3 weeks are the WORST, my baby was waking up hourly. He sleeps in his crib in his own room, I have my baby monitor on him where I can hear every single thing and even see his chest rising and falling. Were both more comfortable with him in his own room. He is now sleeping 4 hour stretches.

Birthday twins! I sleep anywhere from 1/2 hour-1.5 hour increments lol! Goodness I hope I get a longer stretch soon. In my bed baby in bassinet beside me ❤️

My little girl was born on the same day! She sleep for 2-3 hours at a time at night now. Sometimes she would sleep longer, but I don't let her go more than 4 hours at a time.
The biggest thing for us is making sure she eats enough before falling asleep. Usually we feed on one breast until she won't wake up and feed anymore, diaper change to wake up, then feed on the other breast. If we don't diaper change in the middle, then she wakes up much sooner. Added bonus is my supply is nice and strong. Helps to stay hydrated, too. If baby is drinking, then I am drinking (water).
We have a cosleeper that is on my side of the bed. It allows me to have an eye on her, keep her close, but allows her to have her own safe place. As long as I have a burp cloth under her head in the cosleeper, she's happy. I think the mattress stays cold and so her little head gets too cold to sleep - even with mattress pad and sheets.
Now I'm trying to figure out a way to keep her little hands warm since she won't let me swaddle them and hates having anything on them....

2 weeks in with #3 and I’ve just given into the fact that I’m surviving purely on coffee and 3-4 hours of sleep until he decides to sleep through the night. It gets easier but that does not mean that the process is a fun one 😫
