Bloody breast milk *graphic pictures*

Okay so my boobs were feeling full and I decided to sit for a regular 15 minute session of pumping. When I started my left boob hurt a lot more than usual but I didn’t think anything of it. 3 minutes into pumping I felt a large gush and saw red. there was blood in the milk blood leaking from my nipple and I immediately got so scared. Have this ever happened to anyone ? Should I be alarmed? I’m so nervous ladies what should I do? I feel so defeated with breastfeeding my little one now.
