Nobody to talk to

Hey I have a four month old baby and I’m a stay at home mom. My baby’s dad works to support the both of us so I am alone with the baby all day. When he gets home it’s like he still isn’t here. He either goes on his computer downstairs with headphones on for hours and hours to play games, or he watches videos on his phone with headphones or reads something on his phone.

So if I try to talk to him he either makes me wait for his video to be over or for him to be done reading something and it’s so frustrating. I can’t even have a conversation with him because he just responds to what I say and then immediately goes back on his phone. It’s like I’m being ignored all the time. I don’t get help with the baby when I need it because of this.

I’ve told him I’m frustrated about it but he doesn’t change anything and if I get upset being turned away all the time he just ignores me more. I’m going to go insane being by myself and I don’t know what to do.
