Can someone please tell me i can eat steak?!! Im on holiday with my family at the moment and theyve booked a steak house for dinner tomorrow night! I really wanna have a steak! I normally have mine med/rare....

You can have steak, just have them cook it well done so there’s no pink. The risk is in undercooked and rare meats. This includes medium rare.

Yes. Red meat is actually very very good for you, especially when youre pregnant. It can even help with low iron levels. Just make sure the meat is cooked and you'll be just fine 😊👌🏼

Yes but I order it medium well just so there’s no pink I definitely wouldn’t order it rare though probably at least medium.

you can order it however you want as long as its cooked all the way through. i still ate medium rare when i was pregnant and my child is fine
