I am so tired 😴
I have PCOS, last month I took myo-inositol to help my cycle regulate more. I’ve been losing weight(50lbs so far) and eating better to also help. I got my period right at 5 weeks, it was super light and only lasted 3-4 days. Usually it’s 5-7 days and super heavy the first two days (lots of clots and tampons). I figured it was so light because of the vitamin I took. This month I decided not to take any vitamin to see if my period will come on its own now because of the weight loss. Ever since about a week and a half after my period, I have been sooo tired. Like completely exhausted, can go to sleep anywhere tired. I can sleep for 10 hours at night and nap 3 hours after waking up and then go to bed at 10:30-11:00. (I used to be a night owl, not going to bed until 1-2 am)
I am so tired of being tired 😴 I really do not want to take vitamins again because I would love to have my cycle regulate again on its own. Do you think me being this tired is because of not taking the vitamins to help?
