4.5 months PP body & feeling myself

I had gained 50 lbs from pregnancy and now I only need 7 more if I want to be at my pre pregnancy weight. I haven’t worked out once. All due to breastfeeding 🙏🏼 I had an emergency csection that caused a lot of complications so I was told not to workout or even walk much until all the bleeding stopped ( it’s been almost 3 weeks no bleeding FINALLY). Ya you read that correctly 😶

My thighs no longer touch & I’m slowly fitting into my old shorts. I’m naturally super petite so my thighs not touching makes me happy because it makes me feel like I’m finally becoming ME again. In no way do I advocate for that unless it’s YOUR body type. So please no hate on that.

I still have a VERY loose tummy with a bit of fat leftover from pregnancy but overall I’m VERY happy to feel more like me again. It’s been a long time 🥰

Also, does anyone else’s boobs go from a D to a B after breastfeeding 😶🤣 the body is crazy!
