Overdue and miserable

So I was due on August 31 with my first baby and am currently still waiting. I’m feeling so impatient and am so ready to meet my son already.

I’ve tried everything from walking to sex, castor oil, membrane sweep and lots more and nothing worked. I had the sweep done about 2 days ago and my midwife said my cervix is still posterior and not opened. Today I noticed some mucous looking discharge when I was in the bathroom. It was just little bits.

Is this a sign that things are progressing? I’ve heard that it could happen at any point and not mean anything and also that it could mean labour in the next day or so..

I went to my ultrasound and they said he’s in the 10th percentile and now I’m being induced in a couple hours, wish me luck!
