Episiotomy help😩

Hello mommies I am in need of some advice, so I had my baby girl August 21(first baby) I tore in two places and also go an episiotomy it’s been 2 weeks now and i am honestly super constipated... I was able to go at the hospital the day after I had her with no problems but the next two times have been horrible, I’ve taken laxatives eating apples grapes drinking prune juice... also breastfeeding... an advice form moms that have dealt with this or are going through it now would be great
