Prenatal/labor classes
Anyone have links or recommendations for online classes? This is my second time but my husband’s first, and I’m struggling with telling him what to expect in labor. My mom was my labor partner last time and pretty much knew what to do already 😅
Natural birth especially! I’m probably gonna buckle at some point and get the epidural, but I could use the help from him until I get that far.
