Will my supply go down after one day out?
When my little one is 3mo old I’m going to a concert and will probably be out ~6 hours.
She’ll be taking expressed bottles, but I won’t have the luxury of pumping during that time.
She is already a great sleeper and I’ve gone through the night 6+ hours not pumping or nursing and my body just adjusted to the time without dipping supply.
Just nervous if it’ll have an affect on my supply, I do not over produce, I just make enough.
