What does this discharge mean.... 🤨?

Okay so I'm 15 months post partum and still breastfeeding!

So far I still haven't got my period back and no sign of it any time soon.... I'm not on any birth control and just using condoms with hubby when we have sex...

For the past like 2 months I've been getting jelly like mucus discharge .. it's stringy and thickish ... No smell to it ... It's usually clear or white streaked... I seem to have it most days...

Today I suddenly have an itchy inner vagina 🤦🙊 like on the inner walls it's been itchy for hours and no idea what this is or could mean.... Almost 100% I haven't got an infection or UTI ...

Any advice ? Thanks in advance
