Oh man am I a terrible wedding guest?

My coworker invited me and my husband to her wedding. I RSVP’d on time..... but TOTALLY forgot to put my husbands name on there. I stupidly assumed she’d count us both.
Now I’m having second thoughts. I texted her today (her wedding is tomorrow) and said that I was so sorry, and just to let me know if he’s not on the seating chart and I’d leave him home. I told her no stress and that I just wanted her big day to be perfect, but she hasn’t responded and I feel like an ass. 
Did I just become the nightmare guest trying to get her Plus 1 to crash the wedding?!? I totally won’t bring him if he’s not seated!

At this point I wouldn't be trying to talk to her. Talk to her wedding planner, her mom, her maid/matron of honor - literally anyone else to find out what you should do. It may be that there was a last minute cancellation and your husband will be able to fit in. But if you don't hear from anyone, I'd err on the side of caution and plan to not bring your husband.

I think it depends if the food is served buffet style or if each guest is served a plate by a waiter. If its buffet style I really dont think it would make much of a difference if you brought him. But if you had to choose your entree in advance then they likely will not be able to prepare food for him last minute.

I had people show up with guests I didn’t know about. This wouldn’t bother me personally but I also had a big wedding, a few more didn’t ruin a thing

It's not that big a deal, just take him. She invited you both. And you messaged asking her to let you know if he isn't on the seating chart. So until she messages you, assume him invited.

This isn't controversial and will probably be removed but maybe contact the wedding venue as sometimes they have seating chart plans failing that one of her relatives or her wedding planner or just message her again

She might be in the middle of her rehearsal.... do you  know anyone  else in the wedding? And its kinda weird  that she didn't  ask why tour husband  wasn't  going, or if he wasn't 🤔  if his name wasnt on the invite   he wasn't  invited.
