Fluffy cheeks

I know this sounds ridiculous but I have a fluffy face lol not proper hairy but just literally a little bit fluffy. How can I get rid of this? I just want a flawless coverage but I feel like this prevents it! Obviously I cannot just take a razor blade to my face as I am not a man nor is it that type of hair 🤣🤣
