When you lose weight does your breasts become less “saggy”?
Basically what the title says. I’m 5ft 2 and I was 7 stone (98 pounds) when I met my partner nearly 4 years ago and since then I’ve gained nearly 3 stone (I’m 137 pounds now) I always had nice perky D cup breasts (not sure if cup size is universal but I’m from U.K.) but they have really sagged and one has even gotten bigger than the other I’m now struggling to fit into an E cup.
I see incredible weight transformations on here and I know breasts tend to sag the more fatty tissue your body has and I’m wondering if you lose weight which I intend on doing, I don’t suppose they will go back to normal but will they get better? 😩
I don’t want to go back to 98 pounds because I was too skinny, I’d like to see how I look at around 110.
Also any dieting tips for someone with a really unhealthy diet who is a rubbish cook? 😅
