Have you heard of a build up weed sensetivety?

I got really sick last week.

I was vomiting every 30 mins or whenever I tried to eat or drink.

By the end of the day I couldnt walk and I was completely delerious and I was to weak to even turn my body to throw up so I could choke unsupervised. So my SO took me into the hospital. They tried to talk to me to get some medical info but I was far gone so they gave me liquids and morphine in my blood and an hour or so later I was comperativly doing wonderfull

Now they ruled a lot of things out.

The only things they couldnt rule out were

A stomach flu in its early stages or apendecited in its early stages. For those I had to whatch for a fever and if the next day again I couldnt hold any liquids or food I probably had to come back in, same as when my fever spiked.

I didnt get a fever though.

The other option was a kinda build up sensetivety for weed. So basically she explained very rarely people who smoke a lot like I do suddenly almost become alergic to weed. Its not an allergy but a sensetivety and it generelly results in extreme vomiting for a couple days.

I have never heard of it. As someone that likes weed I rather it not be true. But needless to say I have been to afraid to smoke and test it. I can still barely hold down a smoothie im not about to potentially make it worse.

I also cant really find much about it online. Has anyone on here ever hear of this? Or can anyone find what I mean online? It wouldnt be a one time thing. It be permanent from now on according to the doc if it is that. So its not like you just didnt eat right and the smoking hit you wrong. Its every time you smoke after you develop this you will get sick.

I really would love to have more info because I kinda doubt its apendecitis or a stomach flu since my temperature hasnt been above 37 celcius.

To the person stating it affected my sentence writing. I doubt thats the weed xD its more likely the fact I am still very sick and my brain is just not up for perfection. I wanted to get my point across and I think ya'll understand.

As for the hospital maybe thinking I was a druggy I dont think so. This one of the last things they considered after they ruled all else out.

I didnt have any signs of disease in my urine or blood and they even took echos to see if it was something like a twisted ovary because I was in so much pain. But it wasnt. Only after rulling all else out they asked me more about my weed use how much etc and explained she has seen it before altough its very rare. She didnt know much about it other then hot showers tend to help. They do but honestly hot showers always help me when I feel sick.

I guess I'm just going to wait till I am fully recovered and then I can try it. If I get sick again I will know for sure. If not it was likely just a bad stomach flu that somehow didnt show in my blood or spiked a fever. I really dont know what I believe since I never ever heard of it

Thank you so much for who commented that disease name. This is for sure what she meant. Im not sure if it fits since just by conincedence I happened to be clean a couple days b4 and the day I got sick. But at least now I can research it :)
