My little girl LOVES her solids! We tried her on banana a couple of weeks ago and she spat/tongue thrusted it out and had a bit of a funny tummy so we left it a couple more weeks. She's now had carrots and peas and absolutely loves them, opens her mouth so wide ready to eat as soon as she sits in her highchair, she's hilarious haha.

We’ve tried all the stage one foods and she gagged on some of them lol. Now she likes all of them except peaches.

Gagging is very normal don’t worry! It’s a new texture, it’s just them reacting to something so new! 
Just keep offering, just remember to keep it a positive experience. Don’t force it and only put a spoonful in their mouth if they are looking and open their mouth and are showing Interest :)
