Hey ladies! So I wanted some input on anyone that has knowledge or experience with progesterone shots. My doctor is recommending I take them weeks 16-32, weekly. This is due to having my 8 year old daughter at 27 weeks due to an unknown infection in my placenta. I am leery about putting something in my body if I don’t necessarily need it. The nurse practitioner said progesterone can help with the placenta even though my daughters situation was different and if I had taken the progesterone shots then, she would have still come due to her circumstances.... I’m so mixed on this.... I have until the 17TH to decide.
