Smoking while breastfeeding ?

*PLEASE NO JUDGEMENT 😭😭😭
Would it be ok for me to smoke one cigarette a day at the end of the day?
I know all of the risks and everything like that, and basically my plan would be to smoke at night and come straight inside and shower, change clothes, brush teeth and then not pump or feed for a 3 hours. 
Would this be ok? Have any of you moms smokes and breastfed?

No judgment former smoker here, I personally dont see the point in having one cigarette at the end of each day. I just feel like if I could go all day without one I dont need the one cigarette to through ya know? Maybe if you have a stressful day or something. I know I have been craving one when things get tough but I've almost gone 2 years without one now so I wouldn't unless I really need some type of stress relief.

I was a smoker for 13 years 
Until I found out I was pregnant and completely quit.. 
personally I wouldn’t do it but if you are I mean one cigarette at night and then a shower doesn’t seem like a bad idea. 
I would try and completely quit though I know it’s not easy but it’s worth it

No shaming here, I smoke and breastfeed. I just smoke right after I get done feeding. It takes 90 minutes for half of the nicotine to leave your body. It's better to smoke and breastfeed than smoke and formula feed.
