Should I go to the police??

Really debating if I should go to the police about my stepfather. He took my car (under my moms name) so I can’t go to work. I’ve been ubering everyday to work. Next he proceeded to take my laptop so I bought another one, however he cut the internet. Today he told me I can’t eat food in my moms house and if I do he will throw my belongings out (he installed a camera for when they’re not home) and he said if I bring any food home, it will be thrown out. I have to walk two miles everyday to get food and it’s been really stressful. I feel sick and my boyfriend is worried, should I go to the police? I’m 22.
