Anxiety Attacks 😣

Hi everyone 👋🏻

I’ve recently started developing panic attacks and anxiety attacks 😩these come with physical symptoms—I wake up to numb arms, I start panting, I get horrible thoughts about my health 😔 a lot of my “friends” just think it’s a mental illness and that I can’t get over it. But as time is passing I feel like it gets worse 💔 often I deal with these attacks with my mom, but I don’t want to scare her, so I just shut off and deal with it alone.

It’s been a hard year for me overall.

Any tips on how to deal with this?
