I wake her up to eat if she hits 3 hours. But she usually goes right back to sleep after. She’s only a week old though, so I was told to feed her every 2-3 hrs until she meets her birth weight.

He’s a preemie so yes.  He has to eat every 3 hours to maintain his blood sugar.

If they are in a comfortable, safe position and you keep checking on them to make sure they are breathing fine, I let my LO sleep for as long as she wants. She doesn’t go past 3 1/2 hours though. Their little bodies are growing and just went through a lot.
