Can you feel Braxton Hicks in your back? 
I'm 34 weeks with cramps in my back that are coming and going. Could it be Braxton Hicks?

Personally I never felt them in my back until i went into preterm labor I was having what i thought were braxton hicks but they hurt my back so i timed them and i was having them 2-5 minutes apart and knew something was wrong. I was also 34 weeks. If laying down and drinking a large amount of fluids dont help them subside call your doctor

Yes, you can but it shouldn’t be too painful it should feel like a Dull pain like what you feel in your abdomen. If they are painful they are most likely real contractions and no longer braxon Hicks contractions!

I’d say so! I’m almost 38 weeks and have been getting them in both my back and stomach hoping baby comes soon because I seriously cannot deal with back pain😭😂😂
