So wgeb we got his 1 year blood work NY son was slightly anemic... dr said it was my fault because i was giving him too much milk... at 2 he again tested anemic was given iron drop to give and the pharmacy would chill prescription because they said the dose was too high but after fighting for a few months we finally got the iron... we were to give our son 4 times the normal dose a day for a month we got side tracked and started the drops at the end of July abd just got his blood work.... his levels have not risen at all... he is showing low hemoglobin as well as low reticulocyte levels too.... i am freaking out because his body hasn't absorbed the iron at all... any mommas have experience with this... calling dr tomorrow labs just came in today office wasn't open.
