Foods/drinks to avoid while breastfeeding
What foods and drinks should be avoided while breastfeeding? Today I learnt that I need to give up juice (after not being able to drink it while pregnant due to heartburn😭). It has given my 18day old a bit of a sore bum. 😪
What else should I steer clear from?
