Early labor or not?

Hi ladies
So friday afternoon I started getting cramps which I thought was contractions (FTM) but it went away after about 15 minutes. I was completely fine Saturday and sunday morning I woke up with cramps and diarrhea which has been on and off till this morning.
Someone mentioned it could be early labor but I only turned 28 weeks yesterday.
Opinions?

Braxton Hicks?
I had a few contractions last night I'm 29+3. I rang up birth suite and just had to monitor myself overnight. I was fine this morning.
You should always get checked out if you are worried.
Contractions will be regular and last regular intervals. Cramping is usually irregular and doesn't last.

Call your midwife or doctor and ask them for advice. It sounds like braxton hicks to me but none of us on here are doctors and it’s much safer to have a professional’s advice

I had the runs at 28 weeks. When your dehydrated you can cramp a lot more. Stay hydrated

Same thing happened to me!! (29 weeks) push the water hard!

Sounds more like Braxton hicks. Keep drinking lots of water!
