Hey everyone! I was given these vitamins at my first antenatal appointment , I’m down to my last 3 at the moment, moving forward what vitamins does everyone recommend (general multivitamins?) or are they not needed? #FTM currently 20+3

I like the Wild Nutrition Pregnancy Formula. It’s not a substitute for a balanced diet and it know it’s not essential after 12 weeks but i like to feel I’m doing something positive.

My midwife said as long as you have a balanced diet you don’t really need to take vitamins (except obviously in the first trimester where you need folic acid)

I have taken these all through my pregnancy. They will give you more at your next appointment- not sure if that’s soon. I think it’s recommended to take vitamins throughout your pregnancy. Always good to know your getting everything you need to stay healthy.

I still take my prenatals ( pregnacare) as I am breastfeeding. I was told to take it till I stop breastfeeding but you can take it as long as you like.
