I feel so alone about all the symptoms I'm go in ng thru. Everyone's story I read on here everyone has periods, and bleeds so bad.

In my case I have other symptoms... like hair growth on my face,arms and legs. My acne is so much worse,I get horrible pains in my pelvic area, my vagina throbs its painful. After intercourse is the worse with pressure and pain. I havnt had a period in 4 months and before that when I did, I would barely bleed and it was every other month. I was diagnosed with PCOS 2 years ago my dr told me I just needed to lose weight and maintain a healthy diet, I took my self off of birth control to see if I could regulate, and it is now way worse. The cyst are very small... how could they cause so much probs??? The metformin made me have terrible side effects. My dr told me dont worry about doing anything about until I want to conceive.. although I'm not agenst conceiving, but I'm not trying to get pregnant yet... but I cant help but thing about everything else I'm going through... the pain is offal. Dr just dose seem to understand(I have Ben to different OBs) I feel like drs dont know enough about PCOS to help me(us) dose anyone else have this problem??? What has worked for you?? I have changed my diet and increased exercise I have lost a title of 27 pounds... please let me know about your Opinions it's very important to me?? Please comment or mgs me. thanks
