In need of loosing like 30 pounds lol how do i start ? 😭 idk it seems like it’s complicated lol whats the dos and dont ?? What to eat? Literally tell me EVERYTHING i need to know.

Dont do keto, cutting off one entire geoup like that is bad for you. Join a crossfit gym, drink half your body weight in ounces of water everyday, no sugar, no fast food, EAT a ton of greens and lean protein with a little fruit, carbs, fat.

Follow keto pages on IG for meal ideas. Drink a lot of water, sugar free electrolytes, start off by getting “carb manager” app to track your macros, cut out carbs without focusing on your calories or other macros, once you get the hang of no carbs then stay under your recommended calories. In a month, I lost 20lbs and I didn’t do any exercise at all. Also, research on your own, keto isn’t recommended for everyone

I started off slow because when I would dive in and do a diet I would only last for couple weeks. I started off buy drinking slim fast shakes one in the morning and another at night. I would drink a lot of water during the day and I work out for 30 minutes everyday sometimes 2x a day if I had the energy. As for my meals I would only have 1 meal which is lunch I still ate what I wanted just in small portions. I cut out eating rice, breads, pastas, juice, and sodas, and all junk food. I had cheat meals here and there but made sure I stayed on track. I would also take a picture of my full body each week in the mirror as motivation and I after a good 2-3 weeks I started seeing some change. And that’s when I got addicted to my new lifestyle. I was 160 pounds and my goal was to be 125 and I hit that goal in 2 months. It’s hard but you just have to find that motivation.

I’ve never done Keto, just a low carb diet and stayed away from tortillas,bread, potatoes, soda, and tracked my carbs making sure i didn’t go over 100 grams of carbs a day. Anything under 150 grams of carbs is considered “low carb” good luck and try and get in cardio to help shed weight faster! Xo
