How do I get rid of these?😭😭😭😭

I have pimples under my chin nearing the neck.

At first just small my mom suggested the old way toothpaste I did it because USUALLY it works for me. But it's like in a few days it just got WORSE. I'm also 6 days late on my period. BFN tests so maybe its connected to these evil pimples. I'm embarrassed and want to be rid of them. Please help me.

P.s. Have always had hair/facial hair and am overweight so it could be from me eating unhealthy as well which I need advice on what is good to eat I hate seafood and salads lol. I wanted to do keto but i have hypothyroidism but seriously HOW DO I GET RID OF THESE EVIL THINGS.
